I'm 6ft 7 so there's always a sizable difference between me and whoever I'm with. I'm almost totally a bottom too which makes for some interesting positions sometimes!
 
Sometimes they're too short to do it doggy style so it's either me led flat on my stomach, on my back with my legs over his shoulders, on my side with him spooning me or another favourite is sitting facing each other with my legs around his waist and him penetrating me that way. That's one advantage of the height I guess, it makes for varied positions.
