Hey guys,
My name is Andrew. I'm 25 years old and recently got out of a long term heterosexual relationship. For most of my life (from about 16 to now) I have been attracted to guys and never necessarily let on to family and friends. I've always identified as "curious" I guess (in the sense of I've hooked up with 1 or 2 guys in the past but never took it anywhere out of fear of what others would think of me). I grew up in a generally religious yet open household where I can tell my parents anything and they would love me no matter what. My faith means the world to me regardless of my sexual orientation. I recently came out to them (or let them know of my attraction to guys) and they've given me their support, so I guess I'm ready to be "out" and about.
So this my introduction. I'm ready to start new. My name is Andrew and for the first time, without shame and without hesitation, I'd like to announce that I'm gay.
