I think they're either fordyce spots or ppp... But different to the normal, symmetrical ones I have on my shaft. I know it's not an infection or anything as I've had them for years and I'm a virgin. Even a doctor mistook them for a fungal infection which has done nothing for my confidence. Is there any way I can get rid of them? I'm genuinely considering circumcision... :'( Can't stop thinking about them

What would you do if you was going down on a guy and noticed these weirdly patterned clusters?

If they bother you so much you can't stop thinking about them, go for the circ. You will be glad you did.
Uhh, they do look a bit grungy.

What do you mean by grungy?

I probably will, but I'm worried about a big scar or not being able to masturbate without a foreskin. Currently when retracted I find it very hard to masturbate!

What? Why the hell would he be glad to have himself mutilated?

You can have surgery to remove them.

If your doc thought those were fungal infections he should get a new job ...

Actually, I've seen candida that looked very much like that. Of course, all the examiner would need to do is scrape a bit of it to determine whether it was fungal or a topical growth on the skin.

^ maybe if it is moist like in pic #1. but in pic #2? I haven't seen candidae on a penis yet ;) but plenty of fordyce's spot .. and on the thin skin of the penis, imho it's pretty easy to see the small "inclusions"

Pic 1 isn't moist either, it's the flash, taken at the same time :)

I am considering circumcision because I have a tight foreskin/frenulum anyway and would rather be without these.. I can't afford the try any laser treatment to remove them

I'm going to go ahead with it. I'll never feel comfortable with those fordyce spots.

A question, will the circumcision definitely remove them all, including the veins which are also visible in the photo? What can I expect it to look like?

Stop. Don't get circumcision yet.You need to get several opinions before you get a permanent procedure. Find a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist that uses lasers to remove moles, skin tags or does radio frequency surgery to remove such spots. I strongly believe these can be successfully removed with either a C02 carbon laser (like lumenis laser) or by radiofrequency surgery (better precision and less down time.) Google these procedures for PPP. Both are much less drastic solutions than circumcision. I'm not even sure if circumcision can "cut out" all of the clusters since it's somewhat on a larger area then what gets snipped in circumcision.

I have similar things, I'm uncirc'd. Personally I don't find them a problem, and don't think you should consider circumcision. I also find it uncomfortable masturbating with my foreskin retracted, and would hate for that to be something I would personally have to deal with.

I really think they are deposits of skin oil. I think you should consult a dermatoligist or urologist. Please come back and tell us what he calls them.
