I've tried googling everything about it, and I'm too scared/embarrassed to go to the doctors just yet, so I thought I'd ask on here for the first time...

On the inside of my foreskin, there is a hard white substance that wont come off at all. I've tried holding my urine inside my foreskin, and it seems to just look like tis helping, but I dont know. I've tried washing it and not even masturbating for a while, and it's still there. I'm also a virgin and never done anything in my life. I need to know what this is and how to get rid of it!! Here are some pictures:

I don't know, unfortunately. I'm sure someone will come along shortly with a better answer. But I will say that the things most people would be scared or embarassed to go to a doctor about would be sexually transmitted diseases. Since you have never done anything, you know that should not be a worry, right?
 
I believe you have some sort of balanitis or posthitis which is a glans or prepuce swelling as a result of an infection, not necesarily sexually transmited. You better go to a doctor though, if it's that it's easily treatable. I once had it and I only had to use a special soap and a cream. Not a big deal at all.
 
I'm not a doctor or health expert by any means but just wondering:

- do you use fragranced soap
- do you clean it daily?
- do you use lube when you masturbate? (if so what type?)
- how long have u noticed this white substance?
- do you have tight/ dry foreskin?
- are you in a cold environment?

I doubt it's an STD however it could be a number of things... obviously a doctor would be able to give a definite answer however it's also still a process of elimination/ testing.

It might be a build up of smegma, dry skin (unlikely), a possible reaction to certain soaps or lubes...

see what the doctor says, though i'd still be interested in ur answer.

We can try to pin down what it is, but most likely you will have to see a Doc for treatment. There is no need to be scared, the Doc is there to help you and not to harm. And no need to be embarrassed, yours will not be the first dick he has ever seen, it´s part of his profession ;)

So if you want to find out what it might be, answer the questions below. But in the end I would advise you to make an appointment with the Doc.
-Does it hurt or smell? Is the area hot or swollen?
-Did you use anything on your dick thats new (soap, condoms, lube....)
-Since when is it there and how did you discover it?
-When and how do you clean your dick?

On the pictures I can´t realy make out how it looks, so could u make a real close up or describe the appearance (hard/soft, smooth/bumpy/bubbles, closed surface/small holes etc)
 
Wait a week or so. A lot of small problems that concern us just go away.
 
A close up could be helpful, too. Also - did you have any sexual contacts in the last 6 months?
 
I havent done anything sexually at all, and I wash it daily in the shower with just running water. It's been on my foreskin for about months now... maybe a year.
 
No pain, no temperature, no smell?

Did it change over time in colour, touch or size?

There is some pain when I'm hard, cause I can't pull my foreskin back without a stretchy hurt feeling. I dont think there is a smell to it, and im 18. I will post closer pics asap.

my thought is that its just skin, cause sometimes im able to pick some of the stuff off... but i have absolutely no idea.

That sounds like a routine skin disease, probably eczema. Please see Doctor. Don't be embarrassed. This is not something you have caused.

+2 for possible minor skin disease and to see a doctor.

The pain in stretching might mean its either dry/cracking type skin or hard scarring tissue.

Get it checked out, get it sorted and take care of your junk. 90% chance that it will be solved with a cream or medication and care.
 
I'm wondering how old he is too. Hope he's at least 18! Those look like super young hands!

Either way - you're fine. No need to panic. A quick trip to the dermatologist will likely clear things up for you.
