Unless there is a whole lot of blood or it really hurts then you'll probably be okay. I have never had that after sex. Where exactly are you bleeding from?

It's a matter of how much you're bleeding.

If the bleeding is just a small amount and you're seeing it on your toilet paper after going to the bathroom or you're seeing a pink "skid mark" on your underwear- that's not unusual.

If you're seeing a lot of bright red blood in the toilet or it's not just a small amount on your underwear, then you're going to need to see a doctor. But that is very rare.

More than likely, you've irritated a hemorrhoid. This can cause a small amount of bleeding after bowel movements or after straining. This will last for a couple of days. In the meantime, eat lots of fiber, drink lots of water and try to avoid straining during bowel movements. You may need to also get a hemorrhoidal cream or supposity from the drug store and use it for a few days.
 
Let nature take its course. You should be fine in a few days. Just take it steady next time.
 
If it's a hemorrhoid, nothing works better at relieving pain then witch hazel wipes. Sitting in a warm bath also helps also.
