The only tip I got linked to a defunct site but named them as Ken Carter and George Conover appearing in a movie titled House Calls at Bijou Classics.
Right or wrong this is all I could find.
As far as batebus is concerned, trying to id someone there is next to hopeless.

As ever, seven2go is spot on! ... "House Calls" is a compilation of seven silent 'shorts' shot on 16mm film in the 1970s and put together wirh dreadful music added as a soundtrack. The copy I found runs a bit fast, as those old 16mm films often did when copied to VCR, but we do get slo-mo cum-shots which were a feature in those days. This copy isn't top quality I'm afraid but it's free, so click away! ...
