I have these 2 little bumps in my anus'___'...the size o peas...

& it hurts...

What the fuck are those things?

help:(

If they're painful, hemorrhoids.

If they're not painful, possibly anal warts.

More likely hemorrhoids, though.

nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo....they can't be...I'm just 18..'___'

:((

yeah...maybe it's hemorroids...so,what do i have to do?'__'

try some preparation h If that does not work after a few days see a doctor

Hemerroids are very common, and your age has no factor. Likely you "push" when you have a bowel movement and/or your stool is "hard" based on a crappy diet (this I'm going with because of your age).

A lot of guys get them around your age. Yeah, even the straight guys. They tend to be hereditary, so chances are that one or both of your parents has had problems with them.

The first step is get this flareup under control. Here's what you need to do:
  1. Increase fiber in your diet. Getting into your twenties is also means getting on a better diet. That means more fiber- either by having whole grain cereals in the morning and vegetables in the evening or by adding a fiber supplement like Citrucel to your routine. Constipation and straining tends to aggravate them, so the fiber is intended to help with that.
  2. Use a hemorrhoidal cream or suppository - You can buy these at a drug store or grocery store. Tucks, Anusol and Preparation H are all common brands. Those that have hydrocortisone (usually labeled as "HC" on the brand name) will help if you're having painful swelling.
  3. Warm baths - are very soothing. Epsom salts or bath salts will also help.
  4. Cut back on anal sex - Unless you have a latex allergy or you are sensitive to the brand of lube, anal sex won't cause the problem but it will aggravate it when hemorrhoids are inflamed. When you have a flare-up, you need to give your ass a rest.
  5. Use a wet wipe and softer toilet tissue - Cottonelle is a US brand of wet wipe that is designed for cleaning up. There's also a travel pack that you can use if you don't want to buy the larger size.

If these things don't get the problem under control, then you will need to see your doctor to have the problem checked out.
