1. What brand of cam are you using?
2. Are you using Yahoo, or Messenger, or Skype?
3. What OS are you using?

And put spaces between your words...hard to read and is an eye strain with words crammed together.

I'm not sure with the mac folks, but they might need more info. like what version of OS X you are using, what cam, and what chat program you'd like to use the cam with?
 
I think you need to fix your space bar before fixing your cam.
