Her

I liked this movie when it was "Lars and the real girl". Now it's "Lars and the Virtual girl".

I loved 'Lars and the Real Girl' and I like Spike Jonze and Amy Adams, so this is a definite must-see for me.

I saw Her yesterday and I loved it. Well deserved Oscar nominations except for the omission of Joaquin Phoenix as Best Actor (to me he bested Christian Bale). Scarlett Johansson and Amy Adams were both good in their supporting roles. The movie was smart, thought provoking, witty and well paced.

Agree. I thought the film raised some really interesting questions about the role of technology in our world. I generally am not a fan of Joaquin Phoenix but he was really good. I would have liked to have seen more of Amy Adams. Scarlett Johansson was very good. Excellent voice work.

The ending kept me thinking for a while.

Anyone else think they were going to commit suicide at the end? Not really a spoiler, because they don't. Just curious about the opinion on the end.

No, that thought didn't cross my mind at all. Would be keen to know why you thought so, but to avoid spoilers for the others - feel free to PM me.

"The Moon Song" from "Her" Performed by Karen O, Spike Jonze and KK Barrett

Finally saw it today. Thought it was beautiful and brilliant. A film with themes to stew on.
