Herbal supplements for ED?

Since I don't have health insurance, or a doctor for that matter, (before anyone asks, no, I can't afford to buy insurance, and I don't qualify for gov coverage) I've been looking into herbal supplements that might help with ED. I've got depression & anxiety, and I believe lower than normal testosterone, which all have been affecting my ability to get and keep an erection with a partner. Anyone know of any supplements (alone or premade all in one pill) that are relatively inexpensive that actually work?

Ive just started, over the weekend, taking 3000mg of l-arginine ($8) and 150mg of pycnogenol ($8) each day but haven't seen any difference with my problem. Most reviews on various sites, even webmd, all say if it's going to work it should already be making a difference, which it hasn't.

Anyone have any luck with supplements?

There are some porn actors who don't want to take Viagra or the other ED meds. Instead they take the herbals and they (anecdotally) say that the herbals work but they also complain that herbals also have unpleasant side effects (like headaches) compared to ED meds.

Honestly, you would better off saving your money and seeing a doctor for a physical and some lab work. It's always better to get to the cause instead of treating the symptoms.

And... even though you said that you don't want to hear it... you should still check with healthcare.gov to see if you're eligible for assistance. Unless you're making more than 250% of the federal poverty level (about $40K per year), you're eligible for assistance with the cost of the premiums.

Arginine is an amino acid used by body builders, gymnasts, and athletes and can assist those with erection challenges. However I suspect that the OPs ED issues are much more related to his depression, and anxiety. Resolving the depression, and anxiety issues will likely solve the ED problems.

I've already checked and checked again. I don't qualify for gov medicaid, and I can't afford the premiums on the healthcare.gov site. So that's a big no on getting insurance.

The anxiety and depression issues aren't likely to be gone anytime soon. Have had them for years.

So I'm guessing by the lack of specific info on other possible suppliments that no one here uses any herbal supplements. Just going to have to chance it and try whatever all in one pill walmart has on the shelf. Fingers crossed.

Found something that works. Twinlabs Horny Goat Weed. Found it at a local discount store, for $6 I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it. By the second day of taking it I started to see improvement. The L-Arginine and Pycnogenol did absolutely nothing, but this stuff seems to be helping.
