So I know its late. And I will be going the doctor on monday.

But this summer I had a really intense JO session. I normally only JO once a week, if that much.. But this one particular week I JO'd at least 4-5 times a day for about 3 days. I would use lube or just go dry. (Yes I know..)

But later on that week these small red scars appeared (see photos). They did not burn, nor had a hard core center, or scabbed. I stopped JO'ing for couple weeks but the scars did not disappear. I did not hook up or had sex with anyone that month during my horny JO sessions haha.. But I am now worried because its been awhile.

I did do some research online and several sites say that I have deteriorated the top level of my skin from friction of JO'ing. Also I might have Eczema or lichen planus or psoriasis.

I do go to the campus gym and workout / shower. Doubt that is any cause.

Thought I'd get your opinions and background on it. Any thing you might think of to ask the doctor when I see him tomorrow?

Thanks

How can you get herpes when you've never had sex with anyone?

You need to keep vitamin E oil on your glans at all times until these friction spots heal. Apply 6 times per day.

I've heard vitamin E straight from the capsules can be irritating. For these types of things, I tend to prefer Aquaphor Healing Ointment. Your penis looks a bit dry and irritated.

I never heard of that ointment before.
My body is always dry.. It can never stay moist.

Any petroleum jelly type ointment, neosporin, aquaphor- all should do the trick. You want to use a ointment that locks in moisture which will promote the natural healing process. If needed, a loose gauze bandage will help keep the ointment off clothing.

You have shredded that beast! For goodness' sake, take care - you only have one of 'em!

I have dry skin generally, even though I eat plenty of really healthy food and don't over-wash or use harsh soaps etc. I rub oils onto my skin when I've showered before towelling off to keep my skin sealed. Much healthier than before.

But nobody touches my dick without lube of some sort. Not even me!

Sorry everyone I didn't follow up.

The doctor said I had penile lichen planus. According to the doctor, he said that my body formed the rash on my penis. He said it is not an STD. Thank god! :D

He prescribed Topical Corticosteroid Cream to reduce swelling and suppress immune responses.

Since I posted the question, I went to the doctors office at the beginning of this month. I hate going to a doctors office. Just fear and anxiety...

I am still applying the cream twice a day. He said it can take a while to reduce and go away. I am just glad that it is going away and I got it checked out. ..|
