He's kinda wearing me down mentally.

The people who wait until marriage are extremely weird and messed up. Not a good example to give I fear :p

And it is relevant as another indicator, not as any kind of definite proof of anything.

Actually I respect that waiting. I'm not itno religion, but I do respect that. I don't find it weird at all.

But I don't see how its relevant. Lets say I never had sex with a woman, but if I haven't had sex with a guy. What does any of that really mean?

Gay or sraight one thing in common is guys want sex. Obviusly not all guys are just out for that, but its quite easy to meet people for simply sex something that can be secret. So by a guy not being with a woman means nothing if he hasn't been with a guy either since if he wanted to be it wouldnt be difficult to meet someone for a one night stand.

Just because someone is a virgin or is a certain age and lives alone means nothing. People assume he must be gay. But you don't know the reasons.

If I were gay I'd have zero problems coming out. I told you I'm open and honest and I would never live any lie. That goes for anything not only sexuality.
It's not always that easy, and that's why this forum is here.- To kind of encourage, and to help others out as well.

There are two aspects of acceptance- There's a label (Gay, Bi, Straight), and actually being comfortable with the idea of being with man/woman and integrating that person into your life for the better. Not feel shamed about doing so. Most people have this internalized guilt (denial), that is hard to overcome because they are afraid of not what it means to them, but other people as well. That they might be judged in some different way because they might have different desires. The thing is it is nice when you can finally accept and embrace who you are, whomever that might be.

Reminds me of when I was telling my one friend about this gay guy that I know that is nearing 40 and still a virgin- He was like their is defiantly issues there.- You mean you are telling me in 40 years he hasn't found one person that he could have sex with.

I used to tell everyone that I just couldn't find the right girl. haha.

Of course, but when they are posting in a forum with a question about having sex with a guy, I can't not jump to conclusions. It's not even jumping. I took a tiny step, and there conclusions were haha. Of course there are thousands of reasons not to have had sex with a girl, but it is the NORM that by a certain age you have a certain level of experience if all other things in your life are in order. An average 22 year old heterosexual male for example is NOT a virgin.

That said, for a guy to not have had sex with another guy doesn't mean a thing in a heteronormative society. It is hard, risky, associated with shame and guilt, and you can be gayer than a unicorn riding a rainbow and STILL not having ever even kissed another dude.
