Does a mother have the right to grieve? Of course she does. Should she diminish and negate the life her son chose in the process? I don’t believe so. She should stop what she's doing and take the time to properly grieve and heal. She has begun to border on becoming unhinged. Her family (with the exception of her sister and her three surviving children) has disowned her. Her husband has divorced her.

Here she is posing on her son's grave in January 2006. As of April 2006, two years after his death, there was still no marker.

I'm sorry she lost her son, but so did many other Mothers. Her son signed up for military service of his own free will. War is part of military service. Injury and death is part of war. Most important, would her Son want to be remembered this way? I don't know if her actions are helping her get over her loss, or prolonging it. What ever she chooses to do for now, I hope she will seek and find closure.

Lots of people got roped into this because they were in the Guard. They signed up to help out after natural disasters, not to do this.

Plus, lots of people joined because they couldn't afford to go to school. Many probably thought they would just make college tuition money and get out.

Yes, there's always a risk when you join the military, but their so-called commander in chief and all the cretins around him LIED to people. They lied about the so-called connection between IRAQ and 9/11, which is why many signed up in the first place.
