I moved there from Philadelphia. I travel all over TN for my business. My impression is that TN has very, very high rates for circumcised men. I always relax in a pool in the evenings. I have seldom seen any uncut men in locker rooms. My two sons in high school have the same impression. One even insisted that there weren't any uncut boys in his school.
