Video Hillary wonders where Bernie was in 1993 when she was trying to make health care reform happen

He didn't make an over bloated exaggeration. He isn't lying and his post didn't call for a snide remark. Disagreeing with his sentiment is fine but your response wasn't called for and is more childlike than his post.

It's your prerogative to think so. It's mine to sneer at the whole "she is Satan" bullshit. I'm over it and I'm done being nice to people who don't know how politics work.

We know how politics work. We are tired of it. That is why we are supporting Bernie and many of us will not support Hillary.

But in fairness...even Bernie's campaign is politics as usual.

He could have decided to run a completely independent campaign like Perot and Nader. Although I love Bernie, even I saw him tagging onto the Democrats at this point as pure political opportunism.

So he's not immune. Not in the least. He has used the Democratic Party as the vehicle for getting exposure that he simply never would have had as an independent candidate.

So vote your conscience (or don't vote at all) as you please.

But remember that your disgust may contribute to a potential madman sitting in the oval office...whether it is Drumpf or Cruz and the damage that either one of them could do is immense.

Noteworthy, and appropriate to the moment, here....

You are saying that like Bernie has not been admitting it from the start. He has been.

I don't have a problem with it. Beside social issues I don't see much difference between Hillary, Cruz or Trump. If people are so worried about a liberal becoming POTUS they should vote for Bernie. After all we Bernie supporters are saying don't count on us, but Hillary and her supporters still are. If having a Dem is so important and if SCOTUS is so important, then vote for someone we can vote for. After all most of you just want to win, or so you have been saying. If Hillary fails it will be on a lot of Hillary supporters too.

If she bothers all of you.....stay home....vote for someone else...write him in....

I am a Hillary supporter...and I think you should do whatever the fuck you want to do.

Thing is...anyone with this attitude is not on my side anyway..so there is nothing to lose either way.

^^I am not saying that at all. What I am saying is that is is just politics. Pure and simple. Admitting it doesn't make it somehow not politics.

And frankly, everyone is getting a little fed up with the 'Vote Bernie or Fuck you all' message. Bernie's hardline supporters may believe that those who support Hillary are somehow morally deficient or intellectually bankrupt, but the fact is that there are more voters turning out for Hillary than Bernie.

Insisting that all those voters simply turn to your candidate or that you are all going to sit out the election is simply childish and incredibly shortsighted.

Telling us all that we have blood on our hands if Hillary loses, while you all sit home in a funk and eat buckets of Chunky Monkey on election day doesn't even make logical sense.

Don't you see that same thing could be said if Bernie won the candidacy and a lot of Hillary supporters pulled the same shit?

I would love to see the Hillary supporters held to that same standard, I really would. Still not going to sit here and pretend there isn't a double standard happening on here even without posts from evanrick.

Hillary supporters morally deficient or intellectually bankrupt? Seriously, are you willfully ignoring the Hillary supporters who call Bernies supporter base lazy, doesn't know their politics, sexist amongst other things? You and others are being dishonest.

I didn't know you were being nice to people to begin with.

I don't disagree.

Hillary's supporters must make their case based on her record and her policies. not by disparaging Bernie or calling his supporters names.

It is possible for people to remain positive and civil even though they support different candidates.

Except when we're dealing with Trump or Cruz supporters. Because those candidates stand for the worst ideas and policies.

Come on people. I felt the Bern early on. I still feel the Bern. But I have to be realistic. There's no way now for Bernie to get the nomination. Am I happy about it? Not really.

Come election day, I will cast my ballot for Hillary. Because if I don't, we will probably see Drumpf in the White House. Sorry, I can't handle that. I don't want a repeat of election '04. I had my hopes set so high for Kerry. It was the first time that I donated to the DNC and to a political campaign. Granted, it wasn't big. $50 to the DNC and $50 to Kerry. It was all that I could afford. Living on a fixed income doesn't give me money to burn. Kerry's loss really screwed me up. For months I could hardly function. I damn well don't want a repeat of that.

I would so love to see Bernie in the White House, but I have to be completely realistic. It's not going to happen. So I have to make a choice. Vote for Hillary or sit the election out. If I sit the election out (and a large portion of Bernie supporters do the same), I would be helping Drumpf getting elected. The thought of him or Cruz in the White House scares the shit out of me. 100x worse than when W was selected then elected.

I know that Bernie's supporters are passionate about him getting elected. Again, it's not going to happen. But you have to face the reality of what will happen to the nation and a bunch of us if a Republican is elected. So be fucking selfish and sit the election out. I have a big FUCK YOU for you all. Because you're all acting like spoiled brats that will throw a temper tantrum because you can't get what you want. How immature.

So help get Drumpf or Cruz elected. I hope you'll be ecstatic with what happens to SCOTUS. How about 4 more Scalias on the bench? Let's see what happens to our civil rights. Lets see what happens to all the progress made with LGBT rights. You can kiss them goodbye.

So sit home. I hope it makes you fucking happy.

I will vote for Hillary if it comes to that, but I am not going to pretend that I like where my vote is going. I still think she is a bad candidate and I won't ever be convinced otherwise. Her selling point to me is that she isn't Trump or Cruz. I mean we can continually point fingers and blame people for this or that, but you're still not convincing anyone why they should vote for a specific candidate. You're just pushing them away and giving them more of a reason not to vote for the candidate that they don't want to vote for.

If she were elected POTUS, it's not like I will be any happier about it. We will just continue with the status quo and have to listen to her lies and bullshit for another 4 years. It will be interesting to see what scandals will come out of another Clinton in the house and that is all I can really expect out of it.

We know how politics work. We are tired of it. That is why we are supporting Bernie and many of us will not support Hillary.

Yeah, good for you. Drumpf supporters say the same. That's why they are voting for a politically clueless businessman.

News flash: the presidency is a POLITICAL office. Government is a POLITICAL structure. If you don't like it, be an activist.

That's idiotic on a million levels, and speaks to a profound ignorance about the economy, judiciary and what a triple-republican government can do to this country for generations.
