First, as people keep telling you, get your ass to the doctor and get tested for HIV and other possible causes for your symptoms.

Second, if this were 20-30 years ago, even maybe 15, you might be right that HIV is a death sentence. Nowadays, while not a pleasant disease, it has become a manageable disease. The newest drugs do an amazing job with few side effects. People are living long productive lives with HIV, and it's only going to get better as new treatments come out. It wouldn't surprise me if there's a cure in our lifetimes.

Your reaction is irrational and 100% contrary to the facts. You've got to get some counseling to get over this irrational fear you have.

1. Jock itch is a COMMON superficial skin fungal infection. Now how long you have this? 6 months? A year? I don't think so. ONLY CHRONIC (>2 months) AND WIDESPREAD FUNGAL INFECTIONS CAN BE ASSOCIATED WITH HIV/AIDS, AND STILL IT'S WEAKLY ASSOCIATED.

2. You want HIV-related skin lesion? Try searching for KAPOSI SARCOMA. Now does your red spots look like this?

3. White peels and thrush? Are you going to point out oral candidiasis? Oral candidiasis is something you find ON THE PALATE AND TONGUE, NOT ON GUMS AND LIPS. And oral candidiasis DOES NOT REPRESENT AS CRACKS ON SIDE LIPS---THOSE ARE LIKELY DUE TO VITAMIN C DEFICIENCY OR DRIED LIPS.

4. White deposits inside foreskin. You gotta be kidding to say you don't know what SMEGMA is.
Smegma is debris of skin and lipid on the penis. Usually they are deposited on the foreskin fold. You have to clean it regularly because they are dirty and they can cause itch and mediate infections.

There's your medical advice.

You got to stop worrying so bad. Like I asked previously, does these kind of things happen to you OFTEN? Like, you got cut and you freaked out of getting gangrene?

Now, if you would just follow your doctor's medication for a while, you can see if they work. If they do, then voila, it's not HIV. And you can be happy. Again. And again. And again.

WTF?!?! the OP comes here every day to complain about how sick he is, yet he won't see a doctor or take a simple blood test to actually find out what's wrong.. uhm, buddy, either do something about your problem or stop fucking complaining to the JUB posters!

First, HIV is not that easy to catch; you won't get it kissing someone; you won't get it touching something. If it were as easy as you worry about, the entire world would likely be infected and the rarity would be someone who does not have HIV.

Unless you are breastfeeding from an infected mother or having unprotected anal sex or you are sharing needles -- it's hard to get HIV. In other words -- it takes injecting a contaminated fluid and you have to have an opening in your body where it can contact your blood.

HIV does not live long outside the body. You can't catch it from a toilet seat; you usually can't even catch it giving a blowjob and swallowing another guy unless you have cuts in your gum where it can quickly enter your bloodstream because the acids in your mouth and stomach kill the virus.

You obviously worry way too much and need treatment -- but it is for dealing with whatever fears are driving you wild.

As for cleaning your penis -- my god...go to a clinic and find out the proper ways to care for yourself or you are likely to develop a yeast infection or something worse. You can't not clean the damn thing for your own sake and if you ever meet another man -- for his as well.
