this morning i actually had oat meal for breakfast and a glass of milk with it!!

the last time milk passed my lips was that one incident on a farm involving magic mushrooms and a certain cow!!!

i haven't even wanted alcohol all day and am getting ready to have some hot cocoa and read baby gherkins a bedtime story!
