A legendary actor who led a very long, happy, and fulfilling life And he interacted with so many other legends.

My favorite of his films was The Black Stallion.

No doubt he will be remembered for a very long time.

Mickey Rooney was an icon whose career spanned several generations.

His longevity and popularity endured.

I was fortunate enough to see him in a live production of "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" that came to Rochester years ago.

He was a wonderful actor and comic!

Well he had a long life and a long career. I always found him to be a likable man. 88 year career, he must of started his career at the age of five.

According to ABC News, Mickey Rooney started performing in vaudeville with his family when he was around 17 months old!
