Sometimes I think you must have won the lottery to afford all the supplements you take.

Is this "Holy Basil" the same as Italian Basil? I mean the basil, people in the west use?

Maybe it has been blessed by a Catholic priest like Holy Water. That would explain it's effectiveness...LOL.:jk:

If any religious people are offended by this post I apologize.(ww)

I have a friend that's studying Ayurvedic Medicine in Phoenix, don't ask why Phoenix...

I can't wait until she comes back to get a consultation

The thing is, she is the BEST walking promotion for that stuff.

From the kind of personality she had, and her overall health and posture, to now... it's an huge difference

Improve my overall "wellness." It helps support a healthy response to stress.

If it is really as effective for all the ailments listed on your link, then taking it everyday as a prophilactic is questionable, because the ingredients are essentially medicinal.

I've been growing it for years...

Occasionally I make tea out of the leaves, or just eat the leaves straight off the tree.

It's not like Italian basil at all - the stems grow woody, and it can reach 6 feet in height if the roots are allowed room to spread.
It's latin name is occimum gratissimum, if I remember correctly.

Where did you get the plant? Nursery?

If you THINK it works it just might. Sort of like those weird "wellness" bracelets.
