Just wondering which ones are since I don't want to support music that brainwashes teens into thinking homophobia is cool. Don't list anyone unless there's been good evidence that they are. For example, you can't list someone just because they're a Mormon or a Christian.

I just recently heard the song "Young" from the band "Hollywood Undead". I liked it so I looked up more of their music and more about them and it turns out they're most likely homophobic and none of their other songs are anything like "Young". Very disappointing.

If someone falsely lists someone and you know they're not homophobic then say so. Also list if someone seems to have changed their ways.

I was totally gonna make a post about Hollywood Undead....I really liked their song "Undead" so I illegally downloaded their album....was bopping along to it in the car and was liking it until I actually started listening to the words....I don't care if I was enjoying it...once I started hearing fag or faggot 7 times in one song...it's like seriously...is it necessary? So I deleted their stuff....i'm not a huge preachy don't say that person...I believe in freedom of speech...but in their music it wasn't even so much of them using it as hatefulness as they were using it as slang....so I don't know about them...i'm over them for sure.

Yeah I started downloading a bunch of their songs and the first one I listened to was "Dead in Ditches" where they say faggot in almost every verse. The song barely played and I turned it off, researched them and read some lyrics of some of their other songs and deleted all the downloaded songs. Good thing I only buy music from people I know of and want to support.

They're disgusting. Not just the homophobia but most of their songs are singing about using women to fuck them and maybe even rape them if they refuse and stuff like that. There was a line I read that mentioned Africans and Mexicans but I couldn't tell if it was racist. They also rap about being on myspace (:rolleyes:) since they got famous through it. Stuff like "Your woman just sent me a message on myspace" or something like that and other mentions of it. Sadly they're the top new discovered band on myspace and stupid kids will listen to their crap thinking it'll make them hardcore.

Apparently Allen Iverson did a rap record where he raps about burning gays. I can't source it it's too late at night. But then come to think of it now, grain of salt.

The story ended up as a blurb on an alternative left wing magazine here. One of which prints a lot of bullshit but I more or less trust them on the Allen Iverson story.

yeah....they are on the Saints and Sinners tour this year co-headlining with Senses Fail which sucks cause I would like to go to the show but I don't wanna sit through their shit. They are trying to be like Insane Clown Posse with their lyrics and those stupid masks they wear.....well it ain't workin'...though stupid little "hardcore teenie boppers" are all about them so they are gonna sell some records
