This definition is probably the best...

Guy or Girl from Massachusetts who expresses love by busting your balls. All others bow to them because they're jealous of their ruleitude. They talk fast, walk fast, drive fast, think fast and no one gets their sense of humor because it is dripping with sarcasm. WE are proud of it, because we know that the rest of the country is too plebeian to understand the complexity of awesome that is us.

A similar version is a "Connecticunt" but we all know they are either wannabe Massholes or NewYorkers.

It's done. Travel still sucks in and around Boston but the city in general is still quite pretty (I posted a pic of where I used to live in the Boston area in some hot topic topic). The T (public transport system) has more debt than some states and is in desperate need of repair.

I talked about this a while back but I actually marched with the HRC in the pride parade and got my photo taken with Elizabeth Warren but I won't post it here because well, it is a porno site first.

It's done. Travel still sucks in and around Boston but the city in general is still quite pretty (I posted a pic of where I used to live in the Boston area in some hot topic topic). The T (public transport system) has more debt than some states and is in desperate need of repair.

And yet you seem to forget that I lived (was stationed in the Coast Guard in MA) for nearly 3 years.

Mostly New Bedford, Buzzards Bay, and the OTIS Air National Guard Base on Cape Cod.

And when the Coast Guard Cutter that I was stationed on was having the barnacles scraped off the hull I was stationed in the "East Boston" shipyards.

Before the "big dig" I-95 and every other highway/freeway defined Boston.

I was there less than two years ago, meeting up with fellow JUBbers, and just hanging out.

Putting all of that traffic underground, and getting rid of the over decked highways, really changed the face of Boston as a city.

I liked it.

I still do.

All of them? I haven't really heard anything about the minor cabinet appointees. I guess Steven Cho is in over his head. Keeping on Gates has it's fair share of both supporters and detractors. Tom Vilsack, Ray LaHood, General Shinseki... they don't seem obvious failures to me.

This isn't necessarily directed at you, Chance, but I find it interesting that lots of Republicans will say that "hope and change" was a fraudulent message, but then turn around and claim that the ACA was such a radical change that the fate of the Republic hangs in the balance. So which is it?
Quite a bit will change with a Romney Presidency; most importantly, the composition of the federal bench.

As for the federal bench, it's going to change drastically no matter who gets elected -- and neither change will be much good for America.

Well I'm a center right libertarian but I'll agree with that. It takes a real leader to overcome that type of resistance, Obama tried but lacked the political skills and experience.

He is fairly honest about it and he tried I give him real credit for that which is why I'm leaning towards him at the moment. The Republicans just dug in and made no real efforts to meet half-way.

Actually some of the Republicans got kidnapped and held to the wall by other Republicans, while Democrats struggled with a split personality issue -- at least in the House. So the only things that got "done" were actions with no other function than to play for appearances to the base back home.
