Erm.. where to start..

I've had these two lines for as long as I remember (probably since 10 years old.. not sure), but I've never been overweight even in the slightest in my life. In fact, I don't think I've ever been over 60 kilograms (132 lbs) and I'm currently around 173cm (5'7" around). So my question is, is there any way to get rid of them? I think they're kind of unappealing..

If any of this helps, I'm 19 years old and asian.

From afar, it actually looks like i have a forming 6 pack which is funny though.. LOL

Thank you for reading ^^

Hm I have seen them quite often on other guys. Less extreme though - I always assumed that those are just folds from "sitting around".

I don't think that you need to worry about anything buddy. They add character to you and they have been a part of you for many years. If you don't already work out you could try and work on your Abs and if you add definition they would be less noticeable. I think that they make stuff to help reduce stretch marks even though that does not look like what they are. Hope this info helps you and good luck!

yeah i have started working out (mildly) recently and i can slightly feel a difference, and when i tense i see the difference. My body seems to respond quickly to changes, like when i wanted to gain a few kilos (im underweight), i ate a lot and after a few days i gained 3 kilograms.

They appear more to be wrinkles than stretch marks, but since they seem to be common from what Corny said, guess i won't mind having them too much :P..

Thanks guys =]

They're called cleavage lines. They form when the skin is creased. On the abdomen, they tend to form after long periods of sitting. They follow a particular pattern called "Langer's cleavage lines" that follows the distribution of collagen under the skin.

They tend to be more visible on people with pigmented skin.

They're harmless.

hm.. but i don't sit much.. but when i sit i slouch A LOT.. lol. Good to know they're harmless but I still want to get rid of them if possible.. =P

Hehe yeah, just sit like you normally would and look down. I'm guessing you'll have little folds right where they are.

I have them too, but my skin's not as dark as yours, so mine tend to be reddish but fade rather quickly if I sit differently.
