Horror Movies

I just finished re-watching scream 4.

I want to see Chernobyl diaries asap

It has horrible numbers on Rotten Tomatoes from critics and audiences. Plus it's from that Asshole who made Paranormal Activities. I waited the whole movie to watch a fucking bedsheet move and a door close by itself.

The only movie that still scares me and makes me afraid to watch at night or worry about nightmares is The Exorcist. A few weeks ago I was watching some Youtube videos on the making of it and even that creeped me out.

Otherwise Horror movies is one of my favorite genres. It's fun to cuddle with someone watching a scary movie too.

I don't like blood guts and gore  I prefer the psychological stuff, like The Skeleton Key and indeed, Paranormal Activity, that kind of stuff.

That said, i'll watch a gore or slasher, but mygrannies voice is always at the back of my head: "What a waste of ketchup. Tut."

Game Change - not released yet, so I think I will watch it around Haloween.

I stay away from the "blood and guts" flicks, but enjoy suspense and the more psychological thrillers.

1. Strangers on a Train - Robert Wager and Hitchcock gave me the creeps during the entire flick.
2. Diabolique (the original) - surprise ending.
3. Wait Until Dark - surprise ending.

I haven't had split pea soup since! Also, I get really suspicious if I meet someone who can rotate his head 360 degrees. :help:

I like horror movies.
My favourtites are The Nightmare on Elm street and Scream series. I also like Blair Witch Project, which scared the hell out of me, the same goes for Paranormal Activity part 1. Other horrors I enjoyed are The Exorcism Of Emily Rose, The Shining, Hellraiser, Poltergeist.

I can't handle gore anymore. I think I'm getting too old. But I love a good ol' spooky movie, the kind with a haunted mansion in the forest at the end of the road, where it's always stormy and the power never works.

I love those where you share the evening with that special someone, order in a pizza a snuggle on the couch with the lights off. This is one of my favourites...

Meh, you're not the only one. One of my friends watched House of Wax (which is hilariously not scary at all) at the movies. When she took a bath at home, she suddenly cried in the tube, imagining she was in a tube of wax and immediately got afraid --'

I like watching horror movies but I don't watch them often. Most of the stuff produced nowadays are not even scary enough to make me not feeling sleepy at the movies. I really miss the old horror movies, with their psychological thrill which makes your hair raise without even showing you the culprit or gory scenes...

I hate [STRIKE]horrible[/STRIKE] horror movies. I love psychological thrillers like Silence of the Lambs or Fatal Attraction. Slasher movies make me laugh though.
