I have browsed this forum plenty in the past, I just didn't realize people talked much in here, lol. And I don't have a ton of pictures to contribute, but I certainly enjoy seeing the ones in here.

In most of the picture threads people don't tend to talk all that much, but it depends what the content is. As you can see this thread is somewhat different. Although some weeks it's rather quiet in here, there are times (like this week) when it becomes a bit livelier and we have a bit of fun with each other Don't worry about not having pictures to post, just leave a comment or two, other posters appreciate that

This week: Porn poses

Those who know me know that I like to analyze and research all sorts of things. I decided it would be fun to make a list of basic poses used in pornographic/erotic photos. I don’t know if any of them have official names, so I’ll just describe them. The list doesn’t include the more artistic compositions. These are the relatively common positions I’ve noticed after viewing thousands of pictures. Most or all of the linked pictures are those not previously posted in this thread. These are roughly sorted by the featured body part or activity.

1. Abs/Treasure Trail. This is really two things, but they tend to occur together. There are a few variations of this, but abs are not my thing and I don’t have a lot of examples. There are at least two or three picture threads devoted to this.

2. Standing

3. Leaning/sitting

4. Reclining – Optionally, the guy has his hand around it.

5. Underwear-covered. Maybe this doesn't count, but bulges are a favorite photo subject for some people. I suppose this picture also belongs in the abs group - typical shot with the shirt pushed or held up.

6. Soft cocks - many variations are possible. I think they count as a separate type. I prefer these, but strangely, I don’t have good examples now. There’s a thread for showing soft cocks.

7. Missionary position – legs up, rear view.

Not shown today: Missionary position – legs up, side view. I’ve previously posted my favorite examples. Check out my post devoted to screwing. (Sorry, don’t have the link now.) Yes, there are many more. Feel free to add something.

8. Face up reclining, showing both cocks – usually one on his back and one on his side.

Butts/Bums/Buns

9. Pulling underwear/pants down- standing. These are more artistic than the standard porn poses.

10. Reclining, up on elbows, face turned to camera, partially sideways. Sort of the classic bearskin rug pose.

11. Face down in bed (or floor), taken from feet position. Sometimes looks like sleeping.

I could do another thirteen just on the buns. Variations include standing in the shower, standing around randomly, swimming/floating, sunbathing prone, etc.

12. “Show me the hole”. Some of you don’t like this (see recent thread discussing it), but it belongs in this list. Variation #1: From the hands and knees position or bent over – there are a few subtypes, but I’m out of room for listing them.

I don’t usually go for close-ups of this, but I think the first one is attractive (photographically speaking).

13. The hole, basic type #2: man on his back with legs lifted.

Bonus pose: Standing with junk pressed back (by hand or, in this case, the furniture), view from the rear.

It's funny you should say that as only recently that thought did occur to me. However, as there are already several threads about buns, the idea seemed superfluous.
