So cool to see this sort of thing in a TINY television market, as well. There are only two commercial TV stations in the northeast part of Michigan, and the other is in Cheboygan which is very close to the Bridge.

Distinctive local programming is so rare nowadays. This guy is a lot better than the fluffy kittens, park renovations, etc. which dominate the local news on most TV stations.
 
He's cute, especially with the glasses. But I thought that was cheesy and cringe worthy.
