Have you noticed that beards are in? Even twinks are growing them. I go through different styles of facial hair but have never grown a full beard till now. Have you started growing your beard yet? Are you even considering it?

started growing mine well before I heard of this 'new trend'. I like it on me, and I don't keep it to be a part of anything.

It also adds character to some men's faces, imo.

Beards can be attractive, but too often, they remind me of a bad 'comb over'.

Seems a lot of guys grow facial hair to hide the fact that they have no chin or that they have a fucked up/missing jaw line - they do it to 'reshape' their face or give the illusion that there is some separation between their face and their neck. [see pudgy face in post #7]

It's like how a guy who never takes off his baseball cap leads one to believe that the guy is hiding a bald spot or a receding hairline.

No, after a few days of not shaving i'm ready to scratch my face off.

Yeah, same here. It's also why I keep my head shaved. And to be fair, it's also one of the reasons for my planned tattoo. If I have to have a bald head I'm gonna damn well decorate it. And since I'm a lazy bugger, I'd like it to be permanent.

But I NEED my beard: I have no chin ... or rather I have too many chins.

I plan on letting mine keep on growing until it is long enough to hide my bulging waistline too.
