Yes, he is Republican. But that does not necessarily make him anti-gay. Not all Democrats are pro-gay.

Believe it or not, but the two sides have far more than that single issue to disagree on. And many of the issues are far more important than mere sexuality.

Why is it necessary to point out that he is not gay but a happily married Christian?
I don't believe I have ever seen, No he is not gay but a happily married Jew, Hindu, Muslim, or atheist.
I frankly couldn't give a shit in hell about his faith nor why its so important to point out all the time when someone is married and a christian and not gay. Unless its the fact that so many Christians are married and not happy so it makes it more of a oddity then the usual consequences of a christian being married. Can not one be straight and not married and a christian? Or is that what all Christians have to do to be happy who are not gay?
Do not all people try for the most part to live by their beliefs?

I was basically responding to everybody as they made their suggestions about him. And instead of posting a bunch of small sentences about each little issue, I just put them into one decent descriptive sentence. I added the "happily" in an attempt to stop the trolls from demanding he's just in the closet about his sexuality (as they almost always do), but instead you try to troll it from a different angle.#-o
