Whew! Not a happy ending! But pretty decisive lol. Why was he there??? Did your friend Rachel bring him along again? You've gotta definitely tell her not to bring him around you anymore. He didn't really make a good impression the first time, but now he's just crossed the line into creepdom. And he screamed at the top of his lungs after you defensively pushed him away? Bizarre...

Yeah, Rachel brought him because she said he just makes a really bad first impression, but he's a really "super" guy and she asked me to give him another chance. I'm pissed at her too, she had the nerve to bring him over to my place the next day. She said she wanted to give him a chance to apologize. "My bad" isn't an apology and the fact that he laughed about it like it was some wacky fun time is just insulting. Besides that she knows me well enough to know that I'm going to need more than 12 hours before I even want to see that jackass again.

I don't have to tell her not to bring him, I was really really mean to him after he was laughing about it. He's never going to come near me again.

And now I can't go back to that bar for a while, the mo's there are pretty, but they'll bring that shit up in a second. It sucks because it's the only local one, no I'm going to have to go to Buffalo which is like 3 hours away.

If you don't like him then you don't like him, tell him so. I don't see what the problem is. It's not like you think you could be friends with this guy - you find him arrogant - so - if he tries to hit on you, tell him no and move on. Be very very clear that you're not interested.

Actually, they're not smartass comments.

They're intended to get you to think about your little problem from a different perspective. In this case, you might want to reflect on the amount of energy you are investing in reacting to a person you don't like because he's ugly and apparently unpleasant to you and your friends.

So what do you want from your faithful readers here? Our validation? Or just to be an audience?

If you want advice for dealing with this guy, I'll give you some. Deal with him like an adult male. Don't socialize with him. Don't go to clubs with him. Don't throw a bitch fit. Go back to the bar. Let people bring it up but don't make it a theatrical event or an opportunity to trash him. The others will give you attention and sympathy if everything happened exactly as you describe.

And by the way, the only thing I did in your CO&R thread was agree with you.
