  • Hi Guest - Did you know?

How big is your...

3 bedroom 2 bath single-wide-trailer.

I call it a trailer because it still has "the neck" attached to the front for towing. "Manufactured in 1986." Nice open kitchen, and large decks that I built on the back and front, set back at the edge of a large Oak grove. :)

I also have a couple of barns, and a single room cabin all sitting on 23.5 acres of my piece of Texas! :D

Live in a city centre mid-terrace house.

Originally it would have been a two up/two down kinda terrace, but over the years its been altered.

The upstairs bathroom has been relocated onto the ground floor, leaving a 3rd room upstairs (3 bedrooms).

Downstairs i've got a sittingroom and dining room (originally seperate rooms, but now knocked through to form larger living area), a seperate kitchen, small utility room and the relocated bathroom going off from that.

It's still small. There's no back yard.

Not mine, but my house is that style.

Currently valued at £160,000 - about $320,000!!!!

What'll that much get you state side?

I live in one of the cheapest cities in Los Angeles County and I think it may be possible to almost get the smallest condo. Most condos start at over $450k, even in a cheaper city.

Absolutely nothing in my neighborhood. Small bungalows start at $1 million (although I think you could find something for $850,000). Prices have tripled in the past five years or so, but I expect them possibly to go down a bit. Because of the mild climate here, heating and cooling bills are extremely low.

Here's a picture of the street entrance to my back yard, showing bougainvillea and golden chalice.

hey....the last photo in that link of the modern style home...I have been in that home a couple of times for the Eco Home Tour. That house is so cool. Totally environmentally friendly. :)

Here is the front of my home. I live alone. But dkonfrost may move into one of the bedrooms in the future.

the photo is 2 years old....wow...trees grow a lot in 2 years.
since other people are listing the size of their homes that are way bigger than mine...
i guess i can say that it is 3470 sq ft.

And I think that my neighbor next door is going to put their home up for sale soon. They keep changing their mind about that. If your interested, hurry...our annual community luau is this weekend. We also have another movie night in the park event in September, the Halloween bash in October, and the holiday party and caroling in December. ;)

more photos please :D

2 bedroom condo with garage washer & dyer hook up large balcony with view of water.:gogirl:

Typical old Glasgow tenement - dates back to 1875, but a great example of its kind. 13' ceilings, dining kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate shower unit, bay window living room, study.
We lucked out finding this one!

Probably easier to show you than to describe it.

My house is my pride and joy and I love showing it off, My Brother designed it and did a great job. It 7500 square feet with a pool house. I saw this house in Nantucket MA and had my Brother copy it. It sits on 5 acre in Greenwich CT and my back yard leads to Long Island Sound

Small house with 3 bedrooms (one has been converted from being a living room), one bathroom, kitchen, and den (that used to be a carport).

2 bedrooms(even though only one is used), one kitchen, one bathroom, lounge

My home is still a work in progress. I took a Summer Rental shack and turning it into my home on a lake. Its about 80% done, my goal is to have it all done before Christmas. Still needs to be landscaped and two of the bedrooms need to be sheet rocked. I'm doing it all myself in between working on my customers homes. I have taken some of the Summer off working on it but I'll kick it into high gear soon.

looks like it is going to be beautiful. I hope that you share with us the finished photos, with the garden in. Would love to see it.

Solar energy, radiant heat, nontoxic and recycled building materials. Sinks, tubs, fireplaces, countertops, dining room table, and coffee table are made from Syndecrete. Syndecrete is a lightweight concrete developed out of approximately 50% recycled materials. Paints: zero-VOC (volatile organic compounds) interior paint, which emits no pollutants. Natural linseed and tung oils were used on exposed wood. Burnished concrete floors (to prevent unwanted moist which can usually be found in carpets).

I love my apartment. 2 bedrooms, living room, large kitchen and bathroom and two walk-in closets. My bedroom has a window box which overlooks the valley I live in. :-)

I know that I live in a luxury villa thanks to working for my French familly. My flat is in fact built into the rocks underneath the villa.

It suits me perfectly being decorated to my tastes and with my furniture. Seeing that at the end of the day all I have to do is climb down the stairs and I am home is a real advantage.

I live in a 4 bedroom house that I share with my brother. I'm about to downsize to a 3 bedroom since my lease is about to be up, and I don't like the distance of this house to my job.

So amazing....reminds me a little of one of my friend's places (which they lease out on a seasonal basis) in the South of France. They keep asking me to go visit but I have not been able to take time off to go. :(

Some people call it Angel Hill....others just call it The Villa

I hope to eventually make it over there and bring some of my best friend's ashes with me. We were suppost to go together.

6 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 living areas, 1 kitchen, Olympic size pool, hot tub, terrace area, guest house, and overgrown tennis court, sitting on 4.5 acres. It was a foreclosure estate we got at a steal and re-modeled. Looks good now ;-)

Wow....that sounds amazing...got any photos? What State is it in?

When I saw the title of this thread I thought "Oh god, another 'How big is your penis' thread" I was obviously proven wrong...me and my dirty mind.

I share a two bedroom house with my partner. It is moderately large, and is located in a quiet little estate.

My house is an average size I suppose. At least it is for my roommate and me. It's about 1800sqft. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, goodsize kitchen and living room, mediocre dining room and den (which is now a bedroom). Took the den and made it into my roommates bedroom, and the master bedroom into the den...that way we couldn't argue about the size of our rooms since the den is the same size as my bedroom.
