Hey, I'm a 21 year old gay male who came out of the closet when I was 16 and then lost my virginity at age 19. Since then I've been with a number of guys, nearly all of whom have told me I was good (or great or whatever term they chose) but then I rarely hear from them again. I can't tell if that's just how things go on Grindr or if I suck at sex. If it's the latter, then I want to get better... I have no idea how to parse this situation. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
It's pretty much how it goes. If you were absolutely mind-blowing, they might make a return trip, but for many, it's all about the variety.

You're just a kid, don't waste your time worrying about this. It's the nature of grindr. Guys looking for a piece of ass or some dick and then moving on. You've got plenty of time to find the guy of your dreams who is looking for more than a roll in the hey. I bet you find him.

Yup.

We have a few resident frequent grindr users and if any of them met up with someone more than once, I don't recall them mentioning it. It seems the norm. I don't regard it as a good way to find something other than one nighters from everything I've seen or heard.

If guys are saying the sex is mind-blowing, take it for what it is, a huge compliment. As Lex has already said, most folks on Grindr, are usually just looking for a one night only hook-up.
Are you looking for more than casual sex?

Any reason why you are doing all hookups rather than meeting someone for something more than just sex? You are more likely to get honest feedback from someone who actually cares about you.
