I want the power to switch off and on automatically depends on the sunlight.
In summer, it gets dark at 9pm.
In winter, it gets dark at 4pm.

If you click on my link in Post #2, you'll see I included Australia in the search terms. Run the same search yourself, but narrow the location down to your locale instead of all Australia.

We're 8,000 to 9,000 miles away, so you'll have to find Australian plugs on your own.
 
light sensitive switches.. extremely common.. I mean for instance they turn street lights on and off.. how many street lights are there in the world.. Billions!! Ask the man in your nearest hardware store.
