I think they are - but then I can see them on everyone's profile anyway. (I didn't see Sultan's latest one as it was administered via the 'Control Panel' as it wasn't a 'standard period'). The infraction on my page haunts me. JD was testing to see if Moderators could be infracted - and as the guinea pig, I found out we could!

So you just start a thread giving the impression that the Mod Team just randomly bans members for days, weeks, and months at a time without reason or good cause?
Every member that's ever been temporarily banned from JUB, or permanently has had their account, posts, post count/totals, and their entire existence from JUB removed from our servers here, has been very politely notified as to the reason why, and 99.9% of them remember WHY!

When a member is infracted or banned here, it becomes a part of their permanent profile/record of attendance here.
It's part of the "matrix," part of the "system," and for the computer geeks here a major part of vBulletin which is the software that we currently operate under.
Hell! Even as Moderator myself, I still have an infraction that's still showing up on my profile dating back to before I became a Moderator.
But you can't remember, and for some reason we can't find any documentation.
That and he still has an obnoxious Youtube Video as his signature!
So really the only thing that's changed is that he's now disparaged the all volunteer/member Moderators of JUB, and because he's now squarely on our radar, we might have the chance to demonstrate more effectively how vBulletin works.
