Have you ever seen someone's username and wondered why they chose it or what it means? I know I have. And I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread where we could post about the meaning of our nicks. I'll go first:

Levisboner - I was wearing a pair when I was registering for the site and wondering what name to pick. And I was semi hard because I'd been checking out porn. So I literally had a boner in my Levis.

What's the story behind yours?
 
Didn't want to use my normal online alias (I'm deep in the closet, stuck in Narnia), and I was watching The Simpsons earlier that day, the episode Bart Stops to Smell the Roosevelts. For anyone that doesn't know, Superintendent Chalmers is stuck with trying to give Bart a good education and introduces him to Teddy Roosevelt.

I've seen the episode hundreds of times before, but was very interested in the US presidents. I knew of John F Kennedy, because of his assassination. And I liked that he was also well known as JFK. (Which, my real online alias I use, also can be shorten in down into a 'nickname'.) So I thought it was fitting.

If you hadn't shared I would assumed you were a history buff - The Simpsons - that's a nice one. You can think of JUB as the place you escape to through the wardrobe (away from Narnia) I know it is for me.

I'm a total aviation nerd, hence the F-16 Falcon reference, but I like the bird too, lol.
 
Bill is my nickname in the outside world. Just added the y and T is the first letter of my last name.
 
I used this nick when I was younger in random boards. Later I adopted a different nick but decided to use the older one as no one knows of me by it, I'm reaaaaly scared of being found by relatives.

You and me both. But I doubt any of my relatives browse boards like these.
