I have been looking for a massage therapist in the greater Philadelphia area. I found masseurfinder to be too extreme for me.
So how did you find your therapist?

I agree with you about masseurfinder.com. I ended up using an app called Zeel. Not the cheapest but reasonable. They are also in the Philly area.

You sign up on the app or website. Tell them if you want a male or female therapist. They bring a table to your house. You can book as little as an hour in advance. You can probably get a discount for your first massage. A tip is included for the charge. No money exchanged hands, only a credit card transaction. I do usually give an additional cash tip to the guys I like to make it worth their while.

I have had three different guys show up. Two I like and one’s technique was not to my liking. Do I blocked him from future massages and the other two I bumped up to preferred. So if they are available and take the assignment, they show up. Otherwise, another therapist can get the request.

I have gotten 7 or 8 so far. Pleased with all but that one.

Thanks for the info. I did read about Zeel. Does it give you a choice to pick the person from a list or is it just the first available based on geography? Does it give you information about the person? I ask because I would feel comfortable and secure knowing who shows up at my house.
