How do I get a big bubble butt?

How come you go eat Maca? Maca helps that. Why you think Peruvian guys got nice ass?

I think some of the advise here is good. After working your legs, you should give them 48 hours rest before the next workout. Squats, lunges, and deadlifts are what I do. Vary the number of sets and reps and try heavier weights for just a few reps once in a while. I also use a weight belt to support my back. If you do cardio, the stairmaster machines work the butt also.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I've changed my routine, do my legs 3 times a week, and have included some squats, lunges and stiff-leg deadlifts. I just need to get my diet under more control now.

And what is maca? (will go google)

So I want a nice big butt, like the one's in that amazing thread in the fetish forum. I already have some meaty stuff there, thanks to my mum lol. However, I'd love it to just be a bit bigger; so what should I do to work toward it?

My friend said I should do about 60 squats (plus other weights which target that area) 5 days a week; I've read that in (or similar things) in a few other places; yet I've also read the opposite; doing about 5 sets of 5, very heavy weight, only once a week, because that's how you get muscles to get bigger.

Which is it?!

I've been told that less weight and more reps for "tone," less reps and more weight to "build."

I've been working on my near pecless chest taking that advice, and I've been surprised at how much definition I've been able to get.

So it would only stand to reason that the same would apply to your glutes. :D
