Scrotal area is difficult to shave avoiding cuts, can be very sensitive for chemical hair removals like Nair to not burn or irritate, and one must be sedated to survive pain of waxing. All that effort and results just last days. Experiment and see what works best with least undesired results and pain. I'm planning to begin professional electrolysis hair removal on my scrotum. It's best permanent option for that area. It may sound expensive but over your lifetime, it pays for itself when you don't need to waste time and money shaving weekly.
