No Animated GIFs How Do You Like Your Eggs In The Morning ?

Over medium is NOT my #1 preference, but it's fine if I'm not mixing them or putting them on top of any other food.

If I'm putting them on top of toast, or mixing them with hash browns (or some other kind of fried potatoes), I strongly prefer over easy. I don't like the "snot" with sunny side up.

Then, on the other hand, there's an omelet which, by definition, has the eggs scrambled, and those are good too.

Poached on an English muffin in the morning---rest of the day anything goes...

What is brown sauce...must be a local thing?

Far better than ketchup.

Reading up on it, sounds akin to A-1 Sauce in the States.

I don't remember being offered brown sauce when I was in England. I would have welcomed it on those beans at breakfast.

In the states these days, you're far more likely to have some form of hot sauce as your alternative to ketchup. The idea of mixing the textures of ketchup directly on eggs I find completely revolting.

I don't prepare eggs at home, but if I'm ordering breakfast out it's usually easy over/over easy.

I only ever have porridge for breakfast. I have my eggs in an evening. I boil two for precisely seven minutes. They are absolutely perfect after that time. I have them, usually, with a couple of slices of bread.

I love sunny side up in a small amount of butter. In England at least at B&B´s I have went to they put 2 inches of oil in a frying pan and fry sevral eggs which come to your table oozing in oil and of course that includes (Get Ready For it) fried bread in oil gross!. I guess a toaster takes to long . Go to google and get a pic of a Full English LOL.

A fellow went into a restaurant and asked, 'What's the special of the day?

The waiter replied, 'Beef Tongue.'

The fellow said, 'Ugh! I don't want anything coming out of a cow's mouth

Fry me up a couple of eggs!

Had 3 delicious sunny side up eggs and 4 slices of perfect bacon for breakfast, well for brunch.

Finally found the secret to perfect eggs, slow and low. I've always tried frying them too fast.

Usually 2 hard boiled 2 slices whole wheat toast smart balance and fruit maybe juice or milk I love soft boiled but fuck is it Hard as the damn peel ALWAYS STICKS to the egg!

Fried with a slightly runny yolk. 95% of the time I'll just make scrambled eggs seasoned with black pepper.
