When I feel stressed, I light a load of candles, burn some good quality incense, put on some great music, open a bottle of wine, spark up a spliff, and lie back, relax, and go into the 'zone'.

Oh, it is a very simple thing.

i love just putting on tracky pants and a tee (i am such a dag) and just have a relaxed day at home on my days off , enjoy movies and music and not have a care in the world , and dont have to get dressed up to go anywhere and enjoy my own compnay

i go to the local bottle shop buy two tiger beers and meet my b/f at the wall over looking a road then the beach and sea heaven just to sit and talk and watch the world go by

Or a naked young man, with a red ribbon around his neck, but I don't usually get this one, so, I guess I stick to the cake and ice-cream.
