You took an oath to the Constitution as have I. I've apparently taken a little more time in reading it. You do understand the purpose of the document is to limit the scope of the Federal government, right? In fact, there were even things that were delegated to the states exclusively, weren't there? Here's a list for you.

Now if these powers are enumerated as states issues, never mind those powers reserved to the states by virtue of their not being enumerated as federal powers, what exactly is the Constitutional authority under Article 1 Section 8 for the US government to expend any money on these states issues?

No President has ever inherited an economy piloted so squarely at the ground before by the outgoing president.

Obama has not done a good job of recovering from a recession, he has done a brilliant job of containing a depression.
