It has not escaped my notice that just about everyone who supports this activity has some kind of ursine avatar.

When I was 15 and was figuring things out I read this book, "Death in Venice", about an old lech who stalks a beautiful teen while everyone around him is shitting their brains out with cholera. For me it has always been a cautionary tale.

When I first started to go to gay clubs in college, by far the most disagreeable experience was being hit on and groped by 'daddies', who thought age gave them a proprietary right, a droit du seigneur to my butt.

I'm older, and find many guys a decade younger ridiculously hot. I still feel that the age difference would be to strange. I only hope I continue to respect their personal space.
