...I've always kinda questioned myself how hard my penis should get when i get an erection. It never really gets "rock hard" as some guys do. Is this ok?

...also,could being sensative on the head of the penis have anything to do with me reaching full hardness? :confused:
 
Hardness comes in a wide variety of "normal".

Some guys- especially guys with smaller to average penises get completely rigid.

A lot of guys with larger penises do not get as hard.

As long as your penis is functional for what you want to use it for and it stays hard for as long as you need it to, you're fine.
 
It really depends. After years of sex I don't get as hard by just anything as I did when I was younger. So I really need to be in the right mood, be with the right partner or need some exceptional stimulation to get as hard as it can get. However, sometimes, like today I work, I get so hard without any reason, that it almost hurt. I never worry about the different states of hardness because it is pretty normal. We are not machines you can just switch on and off as you like.
 
I have always wondered this myself... I dont normally get totally rock hard unless it has been quite a few days since. I guess thats probably one reason why I don't top too often. But from what i have seen this is no deficiency.

I'm right there with you. I can't just hook up like I use to. I can't even fake my way through it like I could when I was younger. But when I am with the right guy or jerking it is rock hard (as you can see by my pics) and really wet at the tip. Now if you can never get hard than I would think you would need to see a doctor.
 
I'm one of the smaller guys. 5 inches of what you can see and if measured the correct way I'm 5.5 inches. My errections vary from erect to a titanium rod. You may be on to something there.

The fatter cocks with more girth might not seem as hard.

But, I assure you, there are "rock hard" penis' out there. One of my ex-s, for one, and a few others I've known.
