How Heavy Are you?

5' 10" and 230 pounds.

i qualify as kaiju.
 
5'11" and a 183 unhealthy pounds. They gang up together in all the wrong places.
 
I need to put on some weight, I think 110 lbs is a bit unhealthy for my height, but I eat A LOT, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
 
Do you people step on weighing scales every morning?

I guess I must be around 142 lbs., for a height of 5'9'', but I haven't actually put myself on scales since I last visited a cousin of mine who kept one in her bedroom, over four years ago.
 
^ Does everybody ("you people") weigh themselves after working out every day?

I don't care that much about weight: I only look myself in the mirror at the end of the day after exercise and notice how my shape has changed in the past two or three days: what I lost, what I keep and where I'm getting toned up :mrgreen: :rolleyes:
