I can keep my home pretty comfortable. It was built in 2002 and has double paned window, insulation, etc. The 2 air conditioners help as well.

Well...it is August in California....I kind of expect it to be warm this time of year. I don't mind it as long as it is not too humid or too dry. The weather is just beautiful right now. I did not even realize that the temperatures were getting that warm where I live. I think that part of it is because I live in a canyon and the weather tends to be more mild by around 5 degrees than the other areas. We get a nice breeze through the canyon every day.

Another 96 F here today. It's after 10:00 and still 88 F with a "feels like" 94 temp. I swear, I'd stay naked the entire day if I wouldn't get arrested!
