My refractory periods have become longer as I age, which is to be expected. It's usually about two to three days, but there are exceptions where I can go three days in a row or wait as long as a week. I find it depressing that my sexual response is slowly waning with age. I'm at a point now where I find myself pushing it; having sex and masturbating more than I really want or need to because I'm dreading the day when my libido is gone completely. It's like I want to cram as much in (no pun intended) before I no longer give a fuck (NPI again). It's a bit of a problem, I think.

it's 1am here in Ohio USA and I'm 69 , I've already masturbated 3 times today and I might do it again. My record when I was 47 was 12 times in 1 day and I had a partner then. What's with this 4 times a week stuff? Now with another person, I haven't been able to perform more than twice in a row.
