How many minutes will you spend in a shower from start to finish? I tend to take a 5 min shower, but if i am home alone, little bit longer..
 
Depends on the time of year. Showers during the summer tend to be shorter, whereas during Winter, I'll stay in there longer because it's nice and warm.
 
can be 5 minutes. can be half an hour. i love thinking under the shower .. but in the morning, you usually don't have the time for it.

Same here, i love to thinking when i take a shower, sometimes i would day dream when my head is under the shower facet.
 
10/15 min is the norm for us.....unless we take one together then it's about 30-45 min cuz we gotta play...
 
I don't actually know. I'm certain it's less than half an hour. And probably less than 15 minutes unless i have spare time on the weekend. But I couldn't tell you.
 
I voted 5, but more like between 5 and 10. I don't like to rush a shower. Like others said it's a good time to relax a bit, enjoy the hot water splashing over you etc., but when I'm the one paying the bill, I don't like to be wasteful either.
 
I have very quick showers as it dries out the skin and we in Australia have VERY high water bills.
 
Morning showers are between 5-10 minutes.
At other times of the day, I could stay in the shower as late as 15 minutes, using the water massage shower head.
Water is relatively cheap here. Our water source, Lake Ontario, has an almost unlimited supply of fresh water.
 
5 minutes just to shower. Add 20 more minutes for sex in the shower.
 
I admit, I take more time than I should. But my shower singing voice flatters me so.
 
I usually average 5 minutes. When I was a teenager I used to take 30-45 minute showers. I'm not sure how I wasted so much time in there.
 
Maybe 10 minutes a little more in winter. But lately the water pressure seems to drop after a few minutes so it's not so great. Also, anything more than 15 minutes the hot water runs out (old boiler dual hot water system for heating and water).
 
5 minutes?!?! Are you guys in the military or something?
 
I like to take my time when washing so I'm usually 10-15 minutes. But I do feel guilty for taking that long because - as Pat said earlier - water in Australia is expensive. Plus the cost of heating for the hot water is a real bastard now that Aussie power bills are going up, up, up, up, up!

But on the other hand, I only shower once or twice a week* so on a daily average, I'm pretty water/power conservative, really.

*I know that makes me sound like a real stinky-dinky, but the fact is I'm a lazy bastard so I don't really get sweaty/smelly enough to need a shower every day.
