Mostly 5 am till 11 pm.

I really work only 150-160 days a year. The rest is easy...

Few guys last long under the workload and the amount of stress. It did not matter very much to me... For as long as I feel that I am justly rewarded, I am at it. If not, I am gone.

I work for a family so I don't clock in and out each day. The hours that I work depend on the daily activities.

Ask your mother how many hours a day she works and mine would be close to that. I am there when the bosses are there.

The advantages that I have are that during their absences I am free to do as I please. So often I have unexpected time free.

They take frequent holidays leaving me time to myself and an undefined programme of work.

So I cannot really begrudge the days that I work 17hrs or the weeks where I have no free days. Plus the advantage that at the end of the day all I have to do is climb down the stairs and I am home.

My day starts at 0500 when I get up. I at work by 0600 my first pick-up is 0635 and my am back in the bus yard at about 0810. In the afternoon I start at about 1430 with my first pick-up at 1510 and I am back in the bus yard at about 1645 is his about 4 hours. If I am assinged a trip then that time is added on. But I do not get over 32 hours a week. I am not payed by the hour but per-day + trips.

Now, about 6 hours a day for 3 days a week. Use to be many, many hours after the office hours, but decided at the beginning of the year to stick strictly to the contract terms. Since doing that, extra people have been hired and those areas I was covering before without pay are now out of my hair. I finally said to hell with this corporate idea of living to work and have now decided to work on occasion and to live.

I remember my youthful days when I didn't have a pot to piss in nor a window to throw it out of, but had a lot of fun with little expense. Though things are a bit different now, have made the decision to adopt a modified version of that and go back to having fun. You would be surprised what you really can live without and it is not a difficult thing or being deprived.

My work schedule is Wednesday-Friday: 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 12:00pm to 8:30pm.

i usually wake up at 6.15, quick breakfast and rush to work, then i come back home at 6 or 7 pm :(

I'm in for 6-10 hours a week for uni. So, my days are VERY short .

I am contracted to 56 hours a week.

That's usually 9-6 every day, with 1 in 4 days being on call (8am until 9pm) and 1 in 4 weekends (8am until 9pm). 1 in 10 weeks I do a week of nights (8pm until 9am).

I get paid a small fortune for doing it.

i'm a Literacy Coach at a school, so my day starts at 8 and ends at 2:30.
i guess i'm pretty lucky in that sense.

about 8 hours, 4 days a week on the job for living plus countless hours on job #2 which I really love doing but doesn't make enough for living.. yet :-)

7am-7pm at the shop

8pm-1amish at my office

Blow an ambien and then do it all over again the next day

I usually work 9-10 hours per day... but that's nothing compared to the hours some of you are putting in. My hat is off to you!!

Monday and Wednesday: 7:30-11:30, 3:00-5:00
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30-11:30, 3:00-7:00
Friday: 7:30-11:30

Plus homework time for lesson planning, grading, etc.

It's too much for me. I need to drop the 6:00-7:00 class in the future.

Right now, 12midnight to 7:30am 3 or 4 nights a week.(but that can change to other times)

My schedule should be from 9am to 6pm, but I never get out from work before 7pm, quite often I finish after 9pm.

My hours are 7 to 7. The "am" and "pm" exchange places depending on Day or Night side!

Current schedule is Days, Thurs. through Sat., with every other Sun. In a few weeks it will be every other Sun., with standard Mon. through Wed.

We do 4mo. Days, then 4mo. Nights. Half on the "Front" of the week, and the rest on the "Back". That's the base. 36, or 48, hour week.

Now, toss in "mandatory" O.T. days that revolve through the "off" days, one a week. Plus ... you're "welcome" to sign up for additional O.T. if you wish! (Though O.T. is not guaranteed, and is decided at 5:30pm, call the recording, the day/night before.)

We run 24/7/365, around the globe! And, yes, it's possible to be "on loan" to other locations.

Some look at our schedule and say, "Hey! That's Great! You only work 3, or 4, days a week!"

Yeah! (heh, heh) I only put in 72 hours last week!!

I have to carry a copy of my schedule with me! #-o :help: ](*,)

Keep smilin'!! (*8*)
Chaz ;)
