How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

Usually around 5 hours, not much more than that (different when it's my day off). It's just that I usually just can't fall asleep until it's at least after 1AM and I have to get up at around 7AM for work.

Never enough! It normally ends up being around 6 hours a night.

3-6 during the weekdays, for the weekends, more like 9-12. Weekends are like my make-up days.

Most prevalent for me is about 7 & 1/2 hours, PLUS OR MINUS an hour. That certainly puts me in the middle of 69, doesn't it?

around six... but because of the hours I work i also have a sleep during the day usually... so I have about 9 hours sleep all up.
