Crush isnt exactly just physical...it is kind of emotional too..if you dont really understand what a crush is then I would have to really pity you...seriously I would try to help you out of your current state of mind if I could..

This has nothing to do with secrets - at least, not with the negative ones you're associating with it. This has nothing to do with being exculsionary. It has everything to do with feeling good about ourselves.

I'm egotistical enough to believe that at least one JUBber has, or has had, a crush on me. And in this particular case, crush means he likes what he knows, finds me intruging, would like to know more, and occasionally nudges that wish into more intimate or physical territory. But he is also smart/wise/astute enough to understand that the word "partnered", as listed under my name, is serious, and I have no intention of breaking that off for any reason whatsoever. Thus the "crush" consists of being friendly, getting to know each other better, and an occasional subtle sexual comment or double entendre.

Andrew, you might find this horribly cruel and unfair, as if we're pushing each other along a path that leads to nothing but hurt feelings and heartbreak. But I don't feel about it that way, and I'm almost positive they don't either. They seem to enjoy their crushes on me, and I enjoy my crushes on them. We're well aware of our boundaries, but we also get a huge esteem boost from being found "interesting". :)
