How many pillows do you sleep with?

I have four on my bed. Regularly, I'd use 2. But because of constant neck and shoulder pains, I decided not to use any. And the pain has gone away considerably! My neck pillow gives me lots of comfort.

have two on the bed, but just use one. i sleep on my front, and have my head to the side on my pillow with one arm underneath it. sounds uncomfortable im sure, but its the only way i can doze off.

I think the way you described this is the same exact way I sleep, lol
