The rule about not counting the same person in multiple states makes my list much shorter, but here's what I can remember.

Maryland - males and females
Virginia - males and females
DC - at least a male, and maybe a female
Michigan - male
Ohio - female
Pennsylvania - at least one male and one female
New York - females, maybe a male
Colorado - male. not sure about a female
Florida - male
Rhode Island, I think, and probably female.

California, Maine, Connecticut, and a few others duplicate a person listed above. Plus Canada, I think, and the Netherlands.

That's if you just count genital sex (not BDSM).

I'm probably forgetting some. There were some groups. . .

That was a fun trip down memory lane.
